What types of textile products do you offer?

We specialize in customized textile products such as kurtis, salwar sets, dupattas, blouse materials, and festive wear. We also support style, color, and size-based personalization for select products.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection, select your desired item, choose any customizations (such as color, name etc.), and click on the "Add to Cart" button. When you're ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

How can I make the payment for my order?

You can securely complete your payment through our integrated payment gateway during checkout. We accept multiple online payment options for a smooth and hassle-free ordering experience.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we do not offer COD. All orders must be confirmed with full payment before production begins, as each product is custom-made.

Can I return or exchange an item after receiving it?

Since every product is custom-designed and printed as per your request, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a printing defect or damage during delivery, we’ll assist you.

 

How long does stitching and delivery take?

Processing time depends on fabric availability and stitching complexity. Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2-5 working days.

Can I request changes after order confirmation?

Changes can be requested before cutting or stitching begins. Once tailoring is in progress, modifications may not be possible.

What fabrics do you use?

We use quality fabrics such as cotton, rayon, linen blends, and silk blends depending on the product. Fabric details are listed on each product page.

Amount has been debited but I have not received confirmation ?

If your payment was successful, you should receive a confirmation email from RazorPay, our payment gateway partner.
