At Pixora Krafts, every product is made-to-order and customized based on your request. Since these items are uniquely created and cannot be reused or resold, we follow a strict No Refund, No Return, and No Exchange policy on all customized products.

Order Confirmation & Payment

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our payment gateway partner. Orders are only taken into production after payment confirmation.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, such as:

  • Incorrect product or pricing listing
  • Product or material unavailability
  • Quantity limitations
  • Incomplete or unverifiable order details

If an order is cancelled from our side, we will notify you via email.

If you request cancellation and production has already started or the product has been dispatched, no refund or cancellation will be provided.

If production has not begun, you may request cancellation, and a store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Damages, Issues, or Defects

We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos.

  • The product must be shipped back to us for repair or replacement.
  • The customer will bear one-way shipping charges.
  • Pixora Krafts will cover the return shipping after repair or replacement.

Products will not qualify for replacement if they are:

  • Used
  • Tampered with
  • Returned with damaged packaging
  • Outside the 3-day reporting window

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items without proper order details or custom input

Customization Requirements

Customers must provide the required customization details at the time of placing the order by:

  • Adding details before checkout on the product page
  • Using the order notes field
  • Emailing customization details with the order ID as the subject line

Failure to provide details may lead to:

  • Delays in delivery
  • No eligibility for cancellation or refund

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to incorrect address or recipient details provided by the customer, reshipping charges will apply.
